Forms, drafts, finished records and photos live in a database on the phone. An outbox shows what is waiting, sending, failed or sent. Each record carries its own ID, so a phone that sends twice still creates one record.

FAQ
Questions teams ask us.
Can I move my KoboToolbox forms?
Yes. Download the XLSForm from Kobo and import it. Questions, groups, repeats, skip logic, constraints, calculations, choice filters and translations come across. Advanced functions such as pulldata() and external CSV files are not supported yet.
Is the mobile app on Google Play and the App Store?
The app is built and ready to publish. During your setup we either publish it under your organisation or give your team a test build (APK). It is not in the stores yet.
What happens when a phone has no network for days?
Nothing is lost: forms, drafts, records and photos are stored on the phone. When the network comes back, the outbox sends them, retrying with pauses if the connection drops. A record sent twice is stored once.
Who can see personal data?
Each person has a role. Data collectors only see their own submissions; viewers can read but not change anything. Every sign-in, review, edit and export is in the audit log.
Where is the data hosted?
On Iraady's server, or on a server you choose. Ask us during setup.
How much does it cost?

Does it work without the app?
Yes. Every form can be shared as a web link or QR code, and staff can fill forms in the browser.
